Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item within 28 days of purchase, simply return any item/s unused within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unfortunately, all personalised items are the responsibility of the customer to check lettering and foil colour is correct upon ordering, and so these items are non refundable unless faulty.
All goods will be inspected on return to ensure items are unused and in a resalable condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Returned items should include tags and packaging to ensure a refund is given. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you. Please include a copy of your order in the returns package.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us.
