£3.95 for Standard UK Delivery, £7.50 for Next Day UK Delivery & £10.50 for Saturday UK Delivery. International charges vary depending on parcel size and location.
If you select the standard UK delivery service, the delivery aim is 3-5 working days.
If you select the Express/Next Day/Saturday service, deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the day stated when you choose your delivery type. (Next day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday).
All of our products are packaged in our luxury tissue paper, and one gift box is complimentary with every order over £45.
You simply add your product(s) to the basket and you will be able to place your specific products in different gift boxes.
We offer one complimentary gift box per order of over £45, and you have the ability to purchase additional gift boxes in the checkout for an extra £4.00.
Jewellery will come packaged in a gift box.

Once an order has been placed on our website we cannot make any changes (for example to the delivery address or delivery service) so please ensure you have checked this carefully before placing your order.
Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, providing items are returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt by the customer.
All items must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging with the order paperwork. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging.

We will refund the full value of your order, less the original shipping charge as well as additional bank charges charged by the local banks, within 5-21 days of receiving the product(s) back in our warehouse.
We ensure that all our products go through strict quality control checks before being shipped from our warehouses. However, if you feel you have received a faulty item please email@example.com with your order number, the details of the product purchased and detailed photos of the fault in question. We will then assess the damage or fault and advise on the next step to proceed.
